Our factory has developed and commercialized a proprietary process for manufacturing cost effective metallized ceramic substrates that are an economic substitute for currently used expensive thick film materials containing platinum/palladium and are RoHS compliant. AgENIG (silver with ENIG finish) lower cost metallized ceramic substrates combine silver thick film processing with ENIG (electroless nickel and immersion gold plating). They are 30% lower in price than commonly used Pd-Pt-Ag substrates.
 

We supply a great many of ceramic metalized plates in different technical materials, which mainly include alumina, aluminum nitride.  These ceramic substrates are shaped by tape casting, ISO pressing, or Dry pressing with a very dense body.

A variety of different patterns, different configuration metalized ceramic plates are available to supply via laser cutting, fine grinding, and so on. All these metalized ceramic plates offer to tighten tolerance.
