The description of alumina ceramic parts
Alumina ceramic is one of the structural ceramics, which has the characteristics of high insulation, high voltage resistance, high strength, good thermal conductivity, dielectric loss, corrosion resistance, etc. Since alumina has the highest cost performance among all technical ceramics, alumina ceramic parts are often used in electronic ceramic substrates, high voltage/current electrical insulation, vacuum devices, spark plugs and other products.
The purity of the alumina produced in our factory ranges from 75% to 99.8%, and all ceramic parts we offer are produced as dense bodies by dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding or ISO pressing.
In order to achieve some special assemblies, friction-reducing applications, and insulation-increasing applications, we provide a series of secondary processing after sintering, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing and metallization.
