Product Description

We use our technical ceramic materials to make ceramic tubes and rods by extrusion, dry pressing, hot pressing, and ISO pressing. These ceramic tubes and rods are widely used in temperature measurement equipment for the oil and gas industry, primarily for other industrial heating applications. They are also used in some specialist aerospace applications.

Our ceramic rods and tubes are made from different grades of alumina, zirconia, steatite, and mullite, all of which have good insulating properties and thermal conductivity, also they are resistant to chemistry.

We have been producing many selections of extruded standard tubes and rods in sizes from 0.5mm to 50m outside diameter, so we could manufacture large diameter ceramic tubes via ISO pressed with the largest diameter up to 800mm.

With our own in-house comprehensive types of manufacturing equipment, we are capable of reaching various toughest applications via high precision processing, including lapping, polishing, grinding, and CNC machining.
 

The specification

1. Available material: Alumina(Al2o3), zirconia ceramic(ZrO2), Silicon carbide ceramic(SiC), steatite ceramic.

2. Shaping methods: Hot pressed, Dry pressed, Extrusion, Ceramic Injection molding, ISO pressed.
3. Dimension capability: Min. the inner diameter can be 1mm, Max. the outer diameter can be 800mm.
4. Tolerance: outer diameter can be 0.005mm, the inner diameter can be 0.01mm, the overall length can be 0.01mm.
5. Surface treatment: External and internal surface to be polished, glazed, or metalized.
6. Secondary processing: CNC machining, lapping, grinding, precision cutting, and so on.
