We use our technical ceramic materials to make ceramic tubes and rods by extrusion, dry pressing, hot pressing, and ISO pressing. These ceramic tubes and rods are widely used in temperature measurement equipment for the oil and gas industry, primarily for other industrial heating applications. They are also used in some specialist aerospace applications.
Our ceramic rods and tubes are made from different grades of alumina, zirconia, steatite, and mullite, all of which have good insulating properties and thermal conductivity, also they are resistant to chemistry.1. Available material: Alumina(Al2o3), zirconia ceramic(ZrO2), Silicon carbide ceramic(SiC), steatite ceramic.
2. Shaping methods: Hot pressed, Dry pressed, Extrusion, Ceramic Injection molding, ISO pressed.General | Properties | Unit | 99.5% Al2o3 | 99% Al2O3 | 96% Al2O3 | Steatite | YTPZ ZrO2 |
