Product Description

The key component of a coffee grinder is the grinding core, which is made of various materials. Ours coffee grinding cores are made of alumina ceramic.

According to the different shapes, the ceramic grinding core is divided into two types: flat and conical. This Ceramic Conical Burr is suitable for manual coffee grinders. It is Made of 95% alumina in brown. The outer diameter is 35mm and the height is 18mm.

The conical grinding core is divided into an outer grinding core and an inner grinding core, which are used in pairs. The inner one is conical, with coarse helical teeth at the small end and fine helical teeth at the large end. The outer one is cylindrical, the inner opening is coarse helical teeth, and the narrowing is fine helical teeth, which are vertically arranged in the chamber.

The inner and outer grinding cores are interlaced with fine helical teeth and coarse helical teeth. Through the adjustment of the gap between the two cores, the size of the grinding powder is controlled, and the coffee beans are passed through the gap and ground to the required grinding size.
