We offer a wide range of industrial ceramic rods. Forming methods are usually extrusion, dry pressing, ISO pressing, ceramic injection molding, hot pressing, etc.
We have the capability to produce alumina ceramic rods in small to large sizes, with a minimum diameter of 0.5 mm, a maximum diameter of 50 mm, and lengths up to 350 mm. In order to meet some special needs in the application, we can finely grind, polish or glaze the ceramic rods. In addition, we can produce custom-shaped ceramic rods.

Our alumina ceramic rods have the following excellent properties.
1. Extreme wear and abrasion resistance, more than 276 times that of stainless steel.

All ceramic parts we supply have dense bodies and are produced by dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding (CIM), or isostatic pressing. After sintering, we provide a series of secondary processing, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing, and metallization, to achieve some special fits, reduce friction, and increase insulation.
