1. High thermal conductivity:  Over 90 W/m. K,  It's around 3 times than alumina and ZTA substrates
2. High bending strength:  Higher 800MPa,  It's around twice as high as aluminum oxide and aluminum nitride substrates.
3. Excellent insulation properties, high dielectrical breakdown voltage  and high volume resistivity
4. Ideal coefficient of thermal conductivity:  The CTE of Si3N4 substrate is very similar to Silicon.
5. Great thermal shock resistance, it's up to 1000ºC under the special atmosphere
