The description of zirconia ceramic tubes
Zirconia (ZrO2) is the most outstanding high-performance material among all oxide ceramics. Zirconia ceramic components made out of Zirconia generally consist of zirconia as basic material doped with some percentage of other stabilizers like Yttria (Y2O3) or Magnesia (MgO), in the filed, it called partially stabilized. Depending on doping material, it will obtain better properties than pure zirconia because of influencing the stabilizers' microstructure, such as wear resistance, flexural toughness, and so on.

The "ceramic steel" titled Zirconia is doped with Yttria forming an ultra-fine ductile structure with sub-micron grain formation leading to enormous bending strengths. Magnesia doped qualities are less strong also showing a coarser microstructure. 

We focus on producing a wide range of zirconia ceramic parts, including ceramic tube, ceramic ring, ceramic spacer, ceramic disc, ceramic plate with various different grades with respect to the accuracy, surface quality.
