- High-temperature resistance. The operating temperature can reach 2000ºC under inert gas protection (reducing atmosphere).
- High dielectric strength, good insulation performance, suitable for various high current and high voltage devices.
- The thermal conductivity is high and the thermal expansion coefficient is similar to that of Si. Often used in circuits.
- Resistant to various strong acids and strong alkali corrosion, anti-oxidation, and good chemical stability. Used in various harsh environments
