We offer a wide range of industrial ceramic rods. Forming methods are usually extrusion, dry pressing, ISO pressing, ceramic injection molding, hot pressing, etc.
We can produce alumina ceramic rods in small to large sizes, with a minimum diameter of 0.5 mm, a maximum diameter of 50 mm, and lengths up to 350 mm. To meet some special needs in the application, we can finely grind, polish or glaze the ceramic rods. In addition, we can produce custom-shaped ceramic rods.

Product Performance
Our alumina ceramic rods have the following excellent properties.

Material Parameters
Our high-purity alumina ceramic rods generally use 95%, 99% or 99.5% alumina. We have a highly skilled CNC machining and grinding team that can custom-manufacture precision ceramic rods.
All ceramic parts we supply have dense bodies and are produced by dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding (CIM) or isostatic pressing. In order to achieve some special fits, reduce friction and increase insulation, we provide a series of secondary processing after sintering, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing and metallization.
