The specification of alumina pipes

95% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina and 99.7% alumina available.

Dry pressed, ISO pressed

OD with max .500mm with 800mm long

Main features of alumina pipes
1. High-temperature resistance, up to 2000ºC in the vacuum atmosphere
2. Outstanding wear resistance, over 276 times in comparison with traditional stainless steel
3. Great mechanical properties, offers diamond-like hardness to be HRA85
4. Extraordinary electrical insulation, is always used in various high-voltage, high-current application;
5. Exceptional corrosion resistance, it can withstand various strong acids and alkalis, like HCL, H2SO4

The Description of Alumina Ceramic pipe
Alumina(Aluminum Oxide, Al2O3) is the most extensively used advanced ceramic material due to its outstanding property characteristics and cost-effective advantage. As the purity increases, both wear resistance and corrosion resistance also increase, so alumina is grouped based on purity levels, including 75% alumina, 85% alumina, 90% alumina, 95% alumina, 99% alumina, 99.5% alumina, 99.8% alumina, 99.9% alumina.
Alumina ceramic tubes are generally used as a standard protection part, so our facility has many selections of stocks. Our vast, readily available inventory allows us to immediately supply our customers' ceramic tube needs, even for hard-to-find or specialty products. Aluminas are used in various general-purpose applications, and their grade is chosen based on the application environment. Additionally, different purity alumina can be formulated in our factory if needed for more demand applications.
Remark:
