2. Heat resistance and high-temperature resistance up to 2000ºC under the vacuum atmosphere
3.  Alumina offers diamond-like hardness, so it results in super wear-resistance than all metals
4. Physical and chemical properties are stable even in almost all strong acid and alkali conditions
5. Both high thermal conductivity and coefficient of thermal expansion are similar to that of silicon.
6. Excellent electrical insulation properties, high dielectric breakdown voltage, it's fit for electrical insulators
7. It's anti-aging and resistant to oil in various environments which is not rusted forever.
8. Stable breaking strength, and less variance in good shape or consistent dimensions in each batch.

Alumina ceramic plates are formed by tape casting, dry pressed or Isostatic pressed, and sintered under high temperature to be a strong and dense ceramic part. We can produce different grades of materials to custom specifications by request, in addition to custom compositions for commercial and research applications and new proprietary technologies.
In order to reach some special application, like enhancing the insulation strength, dielectric, and precision assembly, we always proceed with these ceramic alumina plates with the secondary process with our in-housing manufacturing types of equipment, including diamond polishing, glazed surface, high precision dimensions, and super flat surface and metalized.
