Product Description

Silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic exceeds other advanced ceramic materials in thermal shock resistance. It also offers an excellent combination of low density, high strength, low thermal expansion, and good corrosion resistance and fracture toughness.

Typical applications of Si3N4 Substrates include new energy vehicle electronic control system, high-speed rail/aerospace power module, 5G/6G high-frequency communication devices, photovoltaic/wind power inverters, and heat dissipation substrate for industrial lasers.

Our standard size is 140×190mm with optional thicknesses, 0.25mm, 0.32mm and 0.50mm. In addition to standard sizes, we can also customize according to your requirements. Customization options include shape, size, surface treatment, etc.
