The AlN ceramic plate has excellent thermal conductivity, reliable electrical insulation, low dielectric constant, and dielectric loss, and is ideal for heat dissipation and packaging of LED lighting, large-scale integrated circuits, semiconductor modules circuits, and high-power devices.
