Our facility is specializing in manufacturing alumina (Aluminum oxide, Al2O3) ceramic sheets for over 15 years under rigorous quality control with carefully selected 96% or 99.6% high purity alumina ceramic material.
All these alumina ceramic sheets offer extraordinary electrical, thermal and mechnical properties, especially outstanding thermal conductivity, and similar coefficient of thermal expansion thermal to Si. Furthermore, its surface roughness can reach Ra0.2, and it has excellent adhesion strength with thin-film and thick-film metallization, making it an ideal material for various circuit boards.
The regular forming methods we use include tape-casting, isostatic pressing, and dry pressing. We offer a wide range of thicknesses. With our comprehensive production facilities, we are able to complete the entire process from trial production to mass production in a short period of time.

Specializing in the production of a wide range of ceramic substrates, Jinghui owns in-house comprehensive production capability, vertern engineering team and R&D experience. Our products have high cost performance and will definitely satisfy you.
