Jinghui Ceramic produces high-quality alumina ceramic substrates. We offer a variety of standard thicknesses, with different sizes depending on the thickness. For those who require non-standard sizes or need urgent shipment to meet project development needs, we will consider utilizing large ceramic plates in stock and cutting them into smaller ceramic plates to shorten production time.

About the Thickness

The thicker the alumina ceramic substrate, the better the strength and the stronger the pressure resistance, but the thermal conductivity is worse than that of the thinner one.

On the contrary, the thinner the substrate, the weaker the strength and pressure resistance than the thicker one, but the thermal conductivity is stronger.
