Product Introduction

Currently, the color of alumina used in semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment is mainly white or ivory, which reflects light and causes glare when used as components around light sources or in the focal plane.

Black alumina ceramics have unique light-shielding properties that can suppress surface light reflection while maintaining the strength and durability of fine ceramics. Therefore, black alumina ceramic substrates are used when they need to be applied in a light-shielding environment.

In some integrated circuit sealing links, plastic packaging materials can also be processed into black, but black plastic packaging materials are inferior to ceramic packaging materials in terms of moisture resistance, airtightness, chemical stability and thermal shock resistance, and are difficult to meet the requirements of certain special packaging.
