Our honeycomb ceramic plates are mainly made of cordierite ceramics, which belong to the category of advanced ceramics. Cordierite ceramics are mainly composed of cordierite (2MgO·2Al2O3·5SiO2) with a density of 2.53-2.78g/cm^3, a Mohs hardness of 7-7.5, and good thermal shock stability.
Our three-dimensional honeycomb design is designed to increase the surface area and combustion working area, thereby playing a better role in heat storage and combustion, overcoming the shortcomings of the flat type when the gas is burned, such as the flame is too long and the combustion is not sufficient.
Since the combustion is carried out in the holes of the porous honeycomb ceramic plate, it is a true flameless combustion, and most of the energy generated is emitted in the form of infrared radiation. Infrared rays have strong penetrating power, which can stimulate water molecules to resonate, allowing heat to penetrate evenly into the depths of the heated object, thereby ensuring uniform heating effect and achieving the purpose of improving heating quality and drying efficiency.
