In order to meet some special needs in the application, we can finely grind, polish or glaze the ceramic rods. In addition, we can produce custom-shaped ceramic rods.

Our high-purity alumina ceramic rods generally use 95%, 99%, or 99.5% alumina. Our highly skilled CNC machining and grinding team can custom manufacture precision ceramic rods.
All ceramic parts we supply have dense bodies and are produced by dry pressing, hot pressing, ceramic injection molding (CIM), or isostatic pressing. After sintering, we provide a series of secondary processing, including CNC machining, polishing, glazing, and metallization, to achieve some special fits, reduce friction, and increase insulation.
