The description of alumina ceramic disc
This Advanced Ceramic Disc is made of 96% or 99.5% alumina which was formed by dry pressing with a very dense and smooth texture. We offer small size to large size alumina ceramic disc in a customized thickness range from 0.25mm to 30mm, the max. diameter can be 300mm. Also, a different selection of raw materials is used, mainly including zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and aluminum nitride.
Besides, we could manufacturer a variety of complicated shapes, including convex, concave, and so on. In order to meet customers' stiff application, a precision flat grinding is needed to reach the flatness to be 0.001mm and the tolerance of thickness to be 0.01mm. Additionally, we offer other secondary processes, such as diamond-like polishing, lapping, cutting, metalizing for ceramic to metal bonding, and CNC machining to reach customers' specific needs.
