Description of the SiC ceramic valve seat
Silicon carbide (SiC) is in the same family of technical ceramics, but SiC ceramic has much better hardness and lubrication than other ones. There are 2 types of silicon carbide, the one is directly sintered silicon carbide(SSiC), another one is reaction-bonded silicon carbide(RBSiC) . SSiC can withstand higher temperature and pressure than RBSiC. Besides, Silicon carbide offers superb wear resistance, chemical stability, it's an ideal choice for ceramic seals in the sealing system.
The ceramic seal ring plays a key role in water, oil, gas sealing system, we always ensure that we manufacture best-quality products through strict quality control in every process, we introduced KPI into our manufacturing flow chart and keep all batches with consistent dimensions.
