Machined High Precision 99.7% Alumina Ceramic Plate

The alumina ceramic plate we supplied is made from high purity alumina ceramic materials and formed by cold isostatic pressing, cured by high-temperature. Then we will do further machining process and make the tolerance of critical dimensions to +/- 0.001mm, the surface finish to Ra0.1 (Depends on customer needs).

We offer a selection of purities ranging from 95% - 99.8% slumina. Our factory has access to many different types of shaping methods, including dry pressing, ISO pressing, ceramic injection molding, tape casting, hot pressing and extruded.

Alumina ceramic is characterized by high hardness, wear resistance, low erosion levels, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good chemical stability. Furthermore, it can be highly polished, making it a mirror surface to reduce friction at the working status. So alumina ceramic plates are extensively used in medical, electronic, electrical, machinery, chemistry, new energy, military, aerospace, and so on.

1. High precision dimensions with tightening tolerance, it's easier to get a perfect fitting relationship
2. High-temperature ability: withstand up to 1700°C in oxidizing and up to 2000°C at reducing atmospheres
3. Wear & abrasion resistance: Alumina is an extremely hard technical ceramic with superb wear resistance
4. Chemical inertness, resistant most of the strong acid and alkali, and does not rust forever 
5. Electrical insulation: The insulation breakdown is up to 18KV at least
6. Great mechanical properties, hardness, compressive and flexural strength are much higher stainless steel
7. Chemical corrosion resistance under high temperature, even if with strong acid or alkali
8. Protective atmospheres or high vacuum at high-temperature to eliminate contamination or impurity.
