Introduction of Zirconia Ceramic Substrates

Jinghui Ceramic was established in 2008 and has accumulated rich experience in the production of zirconia ceramic substrates to support customers' customized needs.
 
Zirconia ceramic substrate has the following advantages:

1. High frequency performance: For example, in a microstrip line experiment with a frequency of 2.4 GHz, the signal transmission loss was only 0.37 dB when using a zirconia ceramic substrate, while the signal transmission loss was as high as 2.77 dB when using an FR4 circuit board, indicating that the high frequency performance of zirconia ceramic substrate is significantly better than that of conventional circuit boards.

2. High reliability: For example, in an experiment in a high-temperature environment, the transmission loss of the zirconia ceramic substrate was about 50% lower than that of the FR4 circuit board. At the same time, in corrosive environments, zirconia ceramic substrates also show extremely strong corrosion resistance.

3. High accuracy: For example, in a microstrip antenna experiment, the microstrip antenna made using a zirconia ceramic substrate has a smaller size and higher performance than a microstrip antenna made with a conventional circuit board.
